Beautiful Imprints Birthing Services
Beautiful Imprints Birthing Services empowers hospital-birthing women with somatic movement, practical education, and personalized plans, creating empowering, collaborative birth experiences.
Primary Services
Primary services: somatic mind-body labor preparation, hospital-focused birth education, and birth plan creation—each designed to foster informed, collaborative, empowered outcomes.

Somatic Body Prep
Guided somatic movement classes build mobility, release fear, and synchronize mind with body, preparing you for effective, grounded, confident labor.

The Courageous Birth Intensive
Join a movement of women choosing courage in every moment of labor and birth. This intensive is evidence-informed and explains physiology of labor, choices, interventions, consent, and comfort measures—especially for hospital births—so you advocate, collaborate well, and feel prepared.

Birth Plan Creation
One-on-one call assesses values, goals, and preferences; together we craft hospital-ready language communicating teamwork, consent, comfort measures, and desired interventions. User friendly birth plan generating app is available for download.
